Overview

A private, AI-native lost-and-found matcher: claimants file Typeform-style reports while admins log found items, and Gemini scores matches without ever exposing the inventory

Highlights

User flow asks one question at a time (what, where, when, optional photo) while the found inventory stays private
Match scores route work for admins: strong matches for verification, mid scores trigger one Gemini clarification then a rescore, weak tickets stay open
Gemini parses messy natural-language dates so tickets are comparable, and auto-fills tags when admins add found items
Built with Next.js, PostgreSQL and Drizzle, better-auth role-based access, Gemini, GSAP, and Three.js polish
